Our Quality Department inspects the whole production process of each order in our partner sites or in cooperation with independent certified laboratories. Our internal production and control regulations together with the Quality Assurance Systems of our company and our partners’ ensure high Quality of our products.
Non Destructive Tests can be performed such as:
• Visual and Dimensional control
• Chemical Analysis
• Mechanical properties
• Hardness testing
• Ultrasonic tests
• Radiography testing
• Magnetic particle testing
• Dye Penetrant testing
Relevant quality certificates can be issued according to EN 10204 3.1. Upon request the tests can be performed from an authorized third party organization and the certificates will be issued according to EN 10204 3.2.
If required the castings can be delivered with integrated extensions as defined in ASTM A370/74 which can be cut after delivery for your quality control.
